Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stonebriarmoving.com (the "Site") and any related quote forms, chat widgets, SMS messaging program, and services provided by Stonebriar Moving Services ("Stonebriar," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems. We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time.

2. Quotes & Service Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, chat, SMS, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before service. Deposits, if required, are disclosed at booking.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Stonebriar Moving sends two categories of SMS. Transactional messages — quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, crew arrival notifications, service updates, and follow-ups regarding a service you have requested — may be sent when you provide your mobile number on a Stonebriar form, in our chat widget, or by texting us first. Marketing text messages are only sent after you have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a quote or contact form. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry stage.
• Msg & data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact info@stonebriarmoving.com / (972) 670-5889.
• Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We retain consent records (text shown, timestamp, IP, source) and will not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

4. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

Booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are disclosed in your written service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable inside 72 hours of the scheduled move date unless otherwise stated.

5. Insurance & Liability

Stonebriar Moving is licensed and insured. Coverage levels and valuation options are explained in your service agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of any specific insurance outcome or claim payout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, photos, branding, design) is owned by Stonebriar Moving or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Service performance is governed by your written service agreement, not by general statements on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonebriar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue lies in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
