Trammell Crow Company describes the Knox Street project as a world-class mixed-use development scheduled for completion in late 2026. The current program includes a 140-room hotel, 48 ultra-luxury condominiums, 150,000 square feet of office space, more than 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 27-story multifamily building.
A half-acre park with direct access to the Katy Trail is part of the project, which makes the development a physical extension of the same trail-centered lifestyle seen farther south in Uptown and Turtle Creek.
