Stonebriar Moving sends two categories of SMS messages, and we treat them differently for consent purposes.

You may receive transactional messages when you provide your phone number on a quote form, in our chat widget, by email, or by texting us first.

Marketing messages (occasional promotional offers) are only sent after you have expressly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Stonebriar quote or contact form. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing messages. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Program purpose: transactional messages for quotes, scheduling, and service delivery; marketing messages only after express opt-in.
Message frequency: varies based on the stage of your inquiry or move.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.

Carriers: Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information or text messaging opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Stonebriar Moving will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to operate our messaging program with you.
